The personal food shopper is a professional figure that unites competences in food & beverage, marketing, communication and web. This figure guides tourists to the discovery of the food and beverage excellences of the territory. It has a map of the city and the territory and is attentive to all the initiatives, fairs and events of the food industry. It knows the typical dishes, the raw materials of the territory, the historical shops, the wine bars and the local companies.

OBJECTIVES OF THE COURSE

The aim of the course is to provide future personal food shoppers with the organizational and communicative skills needed to create, organize, manage and promote wonderful food and wine itineraries.

MATERIALS PROVIDED AND REQUIREMENTS

Master participants will be provided with textbooks.

You must have obtained the High School Diploma, possess excellent writings and preferably knowledge of the English language (B1).

JOB OPPORTUNITIES AND CERTIFICATES

The jobs opportunities are many: wineries, tour operators, hotels, events organization agencies, tourist companies.

You will also obtain the HACCP Certificate of 3° Level, the private certificate of attendance at the Course.

HOW TO APPLY

  • Fill out the information request form and we will contact you. In the selection of candidates will be considered the school and work CV, and the cover letter. The Selection Board, considering these elements, will communicate the result of the selection and the admission to the Course/Master; only later it will be possible to send the registration form.
